Working with Friendly films on the rental of their Aputure light was, as you might imagine, very friendly and pleasant! The gear worked great. It was easy to coordinate the pick up. When we returned the gear, one small item from the kit was missing and they gave me time to go back to the location to track it down. I appreciate their understanding and patience.
