Our system analyzes identity verification and payment data from every person and business that joins the community. For certain transactions, we gather professional references, work samples, and other information in order to verify a person's background and experience level.

The community encourages members to add their biographical information, social links, websites, and sample work to their profiles. Peer reviews and endorsements help establish a member's reputation, which includes their level of service and professionalism.

Fraud Prevention

Our proprietary security system constantly monitors activity on ShareGrid, analyzing thousands of data points to identify potential issues, including fraudulent activity. Our in-house operations team reviews members and transactions in order to resolve issues before they occur. Ultimately, members always have the tools and control to decide who they are comfortable transacting with.

Coverage & Protection

We offer various instant coverage options and protections for rentals and sales to help protect our members and their gear. Member Support

Our in-house support team is available to answer questions or help resolve any issues. We've also created Support Articles and Community Rules to help members learn how to use ShareGrid and interact with other members. In the very rare case that there is a dispute between members, ShareGrid will help resolve it.
