Miguel was great! Easy to work with and Flexible for pickup and drop off. Maintained communication through out the whole process. Would happily rent to him again!

It appears that something happened to the lense during checking it in at TSA on our flight from LAX to EWR. I have video of the gear when it was last packed by my team but if the lense is chipped then all, I can do is comply with the process.

Miguel was accommodating, extremely professional, and most importantly he was extremely knowledgeable about his gear. Miguel essentially trained my videographer on this gear in under an hour and even gave my videographer his direct contact information just in case he had any additional questions. I am grateful for Miguel's help and he is someone I look forward to working with in the future.
