What a difficult person to deal with. He broke one of my Quesar tubes. I sent a L&D invoice and he agreed to pay it, no problem. A few weeks go by and radio silence Now he wants the broken tube before payment. I refused because that’s not how claims works. Would not recommend renting or doing business with this person.
