Douglas was a great renter — friendly, responsive, and very easy to coordinate with. He communicated clearly, followed the pickup and return instructions, and brought everything back safely. I really appreciated the smooth rental and would be happy to rent to him again anytime.

Flexible and reliable man! Hope to work with you soon!
