Caitlin was super kind and gracious with this rental! We had to ship out the camera to her, which got lost in transit, but luckily we found the camera and retrieved it. Caitlin didn’t get to use the camera during the original weekend she wanted to test it out, however she did get to do what she needed to in the end after the mishap with UPS. Thank you Caitlin for being so responsive and helpful with the entire shipment process and returning the camera back to me safely wrapped up.
