Brian was truly amazing to work with. I initially rented one piece of equipment, but after testing it I realized it wasn’t the best fit for my lightweight camera and my workflow — it might have affected my shoot the next day. I called Carlo to ask about switching to another stabilizer, and he was completely understanding and cooperative. He didn’t complain at all and said, “As long as your work goes well, that’s what matters.” I was really touched by his professionalism and kindness. Everything went smoothly, and I’ll definitely work with him again in the future.
