Ariel was so nice and accommodating as I was running behind both at pickup and drop off. I will definitely be renting from TriFactor in the future. The Lens was exactly as advertised, was clean, and came with a lens cover and case.

Quick at responding and an easy pick-up (outside of downtown parking). The lavs didn't have clips which we struggled with a little but on our shoot, but overall great price and equipment.

Needed a few things very last minute & Ariel responded very quickly about the inquire & provided me with everything I needed. She also delivered the gear & the pricing for everything was very reasonable. She also was very polite.
