Dan (his returns guy and I'm sure many other things) is friendly, accommodating and clearly cares about the gear. He carried a 98lb case in and out of his car and up and down stairs to make sure no one even was given the opportunity to steal my gear during his many errands, including the drop off and for that I am extremely grateful.
