I wouldn't say this was the smoothest rental as there were some reliability issues. They were hours late to both the pick up and drop off ETAs they provided. They also wanted a late return without saying that upfront. That being said, Thomas was prompt in responding so I think that is a detail that will be ironed out the more he uses ShareGrid. It felt more like ignorance than malice since it looks like he only has one other rental review. It's also an issue that could be more on the driver's shoulders than Thomas who rented the gear but didn't do the pickups/returns. So while I have some issues with the rental, I didn't want to give him a negative review not knowing all the details.
