Super helpful & communicative - they came to our rescue & saved our shoot after some of our gear malfunctioned!

Came in clutch when I needed a camera & lens se last minute to shoot.

The people I interacted with during the process were professional and respectful, the gear was in perfect condition to suit my purposes, and the communication from the team was on-point, allowing us to accommodate one another very easily. I placed my rental request one or two days before the rental period would have begun, and they had a shoot scheduled for the day of the drop-off, and we were both flexible and able to make it work for both parties.

Duncan was there for us in a tight window and made it happen. He communicated with us early and set us at ease including some additional suggestions. We look forward to renting/working with him again. A+++
