Everything went smoothly

Savannah was a fantastic renter. She communicated clearly throughout the entire rental, always giving updates on her arrival times and keeping us in the loop. She was very understanding when we had to swap out some gear mid-rental, and she returned everything promptly even during a blizzard.

Savannah treated my gear as if it were her own. It was returned to me in the exact condition in which she received it. 10/10!!!
