Ryan and his team were easy to work with and he has great communication. Followed pick-up/drop-off directions perfectly. We had a bit of damage with the gear but Ryan took care of everything immediately. He's a stand-up and responsible renter and we will happily rent to him again in the future. Other than the minor damage the rental went really well.
