Raiko is so supportive and kind and flexible. It was literally like borrowing equipment from a close friend. His equipment was super organized and clean. I found out a minor issue with one of them after I took them home, he agreed to replace it with another one almost at midnight. Perfectly smooth experience.

Raiko is the man! This is my third time renting this item. He was responsive and accommodating. The equipment worked perfectly. The original instruction manual was still in the case, and it was a big help to operate.
