Gear was returned messy, in the wrong cases, and missing cables. Renter paid for missing cables when they could not be located. People picking up gear were not the owner of the account or authorized person. Still finding little issues like swapped name brand ac power adapters for my original name brand ones. A bent two pin lemo cable that I had to reshape. Should have checked gear better and that's on me, but was a sloppy rental either way.
