I'm not one to leave negative reviews. Michael who is brand new to Sharegrid left a negative review for me, the first I ever received in three years of 100% positive ratings. A knob was lost on his rental after the gear was received and the checksheet said it was complete. The same crew actually rented my gear right before this and both times claimed to have never used it. That doesn't add up. Why rent the same gear again and not use it either time? 🤔 Proceed with caution. I've learned it's not worth sending gear out to people who are new to Sharegrid.
