Gratical came back pretty scratched up and it was a brand new body. Also missing an HDMI port dust cap. 3rd party insurance sucks and communication with the renter is not great. Also for some reason film students from NYFA do not know how to take care of gear. I know the renter didn't mistreat the gear poorly herself but she is still responsible. The person who returned the gear wouldn't even come inside. The whole transaction was odd.
