Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with for our Omaha shoot last week. We rented his C-Stand, Boom Pole, Aputure Light Dome 150 Softbox, and Aputure LS 600d Light Storm - all equipment was in perfect condition and exactly as described. What really set Kyle apart was his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly responsive to all our messages and questions throughout the rental process. When we needed to add a Rock-n-Roller cart last minute, he accommodated the request without any issues. Going above and beyond, Kyle personally delivered all the gear to our hotel and handled pickup as well, which saved us tremendous time and hassle during our tight production schedule. His professionalism and willingness to work with our logistics made our shoot run seamlessly. The equipment performed flawlessly, and Kyle's attention to detail in maintaining his gear really shows. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. This is exactly the kind of rental experience every production needs.
