Keith was amazing. Truth be told, the follow focus I rented him had some issues that I've now realized we're manufacturers defects, but his rental was when the unit's issue culminated. I felt absolutely terrible about it. Keith was incredibly reasonable about the issue and we were able to work it out on our end. Really fantastic guy. Would rent to him anytime.
