Overall, Josh was communicative and responsive. We had some issues with our drone–constant horizon issues in no wind and repeated loss of connection. Josh said that the drone was tested beforehand and everything was running fine, so that it was probably user error. It may have in part been user error, but the drone definitely had some issues too. I asked for a discount due to the issues, but he got reactive and didn't give one. Overall, not a very good experience.
