IS a creative production / recording studio / media company hybrid, built upon the idea that living our lives in search of its deepest truths is the most appropriate way to approach story-telling. We are pleased to offer rental of our gear through Sharegrid.
RENTAL POLICY: We request that pick-ups and drop-offs be made at our office in Brooklyn, NY. The address will be provided upon booking. As per Sharegrid's policy, please plan to pick up gear after 2pm on your pick-up day. If you need to pick the gear up earlier, please let us know. A half-day fee may apply. Return equipment before 12:00pm on the return day. This is an important non-negotiable return time and late rentals will be immediately applied a late rental fee as explained below.
Please manage your time wisely so you can return equipment on time. If you are not planning on picking up or dropping off equipment yourself, you must add that person as an authorized user.
Equipment is available for pick-up / drop-off anytime between 10:00am-6:00pm. (Exceptions can and will be made by both parties upon communication.)
Equipment is due back by 12:00pm (Twelve PM) on your return day. If you are late but return before 2:00pm, you will be charged a lesser Late Fee of half your rental day rate. If you are late beyond 2:00pm, you are subject to a late fee of double your daily rental rate until returned. Our operation is not able to accommodate late rentals - please plan, or rent accordingly.
Cleaning Fees: Equipment returned dirty will be charged a proportional cleaning fee, with a $50 Minimum. Please treat our equipment with the same level of care as you would your own.
Lenses: You are responsible for inspecting any lenses that you rent from us. Our lenses are meticulously cleaned and maintained. Inspect the lenses before you return them to us, after you have finished using them.
Missing Equipment: If you believe your rental package is missing an item listed in your rental, inform us immediately, on the day of your rental pick-up and we will work with you to arrange a solution. If you return your rental package to us with equipment missing, we will contact you to inform you so you can arrange an expedient return. If that item(s) is essential to the rental package and will prevent it from being rented, you may be charged an additional rental day on that item. Please return all missing equipment to us in a responsible manner by keeping us informed of the lost item's status and returning to us during one of our two daily operating windows. If you are unable to return it to us in a timely manner (24-72 hours), you will be charged for the replacement item's cost, plus any applicable shipping and sales tax.
CANCELLATION: We follow Sharegrid's cancellation policy: If a renter cancels a confirmed rental within 48 hours of the pickup date, 50% of the rental cost will be refunded to the renter. If a renter cancels within 24 hours of the pickup date, the renter must still pay the full cost of the rental.
