I have had a great experience renting equipment from Jarrod! I was originally scheduled to pick up the equipment on Saturday, but Jarrod was happy to move the pickup date to Friday to better accommodate our schedules. When asked about 4-1/2" Grip Heads (Lollipops), he said that he would order some in time for my order pick up, and added them to my order free of charge! Jarrod deeply cares about making a rental experience as smooth as possible and I cannot wait to rent more equipment from him in the future.
