• MEET-UPS/DELIVERY: We do free meet-ups weekdays at noon, at 15501 Devonshire Street, Mission Hills. We offer inexpensive $10 delivery to Santa Clarita and the Valley from hwy 27 to hwy 2 (free over $99), and $20 to Hollywood, $30 to DTLA & LA areas as far as highway 10. Delivery & meetups are $20 more on weekends.

• IZOTOPE AUDIO PLUGINS: All rental computers now include iZotope RX Elements sound sweetening plugin!

• LATE POLICY: unless arrangements are made PRIOR to the return time, late returns & no shows will be immediately go into DOUBLE daily rate late fees (without bundle or week discounts), starting at the missed return time (return day is the first late day). Free delivery privileges will also be cancelled, so you will be charged full delivery costs. There are no exceptions. If you wish to avoid late fees, contact me to extend the rental BEFORE 12:00pm on the scheduled return day. I also reserve the right to add a surcharge if you are over 15 minutes late to a meet-up ($10 for each 15 minutes).

• MISSING ITEMS: If gear is returned incomplete, it will be treated as a late return, as an incomplete kit can not be rented out again. Please check the kit carefully and take a photo if necessary, to ensure all items are packed as you received them, and nothing is missing. ShareGrid insurance does NOT cover missing accessories -- these are the renter's responsibility. Free delivery and delivery discounts do NOT apply to returning missing accessories, and you may need to drive them to my home in Valencia if my day's deliveries are done. If you are not the one using the gear, you as the renter are still responsible.

• SHIPPING: Most items can be shipped anywhere in the continental US. Please notify me PRIOR to booking if you need something shipped. You will be responsible for shipping fees both ways, and I reserve the right to add a handling fee for the extra work involved in packaging and shipping the items. Also the rental will need to be booked from the moment it leaves my hands to the moment it returns to my hands (in other words, you also pay a rental fee for the time it is being shipped).
