Craig made sure the equipment worked and battery was full. Craig was very good in communicating through out the rental time. The recorder works great. I will rent from Craig again.

This zoom is standard, and Craig made sure the batteries were good. He was also great with communication as I had a pretty tight window of pickup and drop off.
