Chris was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was flying into Long Beach for a last-minute production and needed both delivery and pickup services. Chris was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating, arranging delivery directly to my hotel and pickup after the shoot for a very reasonable additional fee. The gear was exactly as described, well-maintained, organized, and ready to go. Communication throughout the rental was excellent, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which was especially valuable on a tight production schedule.
