Chris was very helpful and his gear is in great shape. He went through everything with me and when he found an issue with the tripod, swapped it out for another right away. Thanks for the tips and opportunity to use a sweet 400mm lens. FYI: Pick up for me was roughly a 30 minute drive north of Austin.
