ANNA GUTTO won the 2016 Zaki Gordon Award for Excellence in Screenwriting for her feature script “Paradise Highway”, selected by screenwriter Dan Gordon (Passenger 57, The Hurricane). The script was finalist for the 2016 and 2017 Sundance Screenwriting Lab and the 2015 European Sundance Screenwriting Workshop. Norway-born screenwriter and director, Gutto started her career in the theater earning accolades such as “universally excellent” in The New York Times. A US green card holder, she relocated from New York to Los Angeles in the summer of 2016. Her short film “Don’t Tell Anyone” is a Alfred P. Sloan Foundation winner and her short film “Mommy Heist” is expanding into a series. While developing projects with producers both in the US and in Europe, she is currently attached to direct the film adaptation of New York Times bestseller Radical Remission (Harper, 2014). Anna also directs music videos and commercials.
