Graham is not only a great vendor/renter, but a fascinating individual. All went smoothly and I got the job done. When the first deck had a glitch (turns out it was most likely user error - mine) Graham drove across town on the eve of his weddning anniversary dinner to bring me another deck. I'm super impressed and will work with him at any opportunity!

Graham was extremely responsive and very helpful. I needed a particular video deck so I could capture tape that my father shot in the 90s. He recommended a _better_ deck than the one I was looking at, which allowed me to accomplish my task quickly and efficiently. ALSO, he was a very nice guy to chat with and he gave me a copy of his book! If I need to rent video equipment again, I would absolutely work with him, if possible!
