Items we're broken/missing. Rental pickup/drop-off was listed for NYC but tried to make me go to NJ. Was barely answering the phone and didn't allow me to drop off at the scheduled time. I had the equipment for an extra day and after many ignored calls and texts, the equipment was finally picked up an hour late from the agreed time. Also doesn't represent CBR Media or MVP NYC.
