I had a couple of issues with Ai Chung. There were a couple of issues with damages. One was an HDMI cable, which her returner upfront and honestly said they broke. Second was an issue with a battery. The casing was broken. When I asked her about it, she said she would like to see evidence of it. I sent her a video of the broken battery but never heard back from her and then the rental was someone complete. She completely stopped communications and I never got paid for the broken hdmi nor the battery. Part of my rental includes 3 Canon batteries and 4 non-Canon batteries. I asked her if she know about how the Mark IV responded to non-Canon batteries. She said, "yes". But her returner said they had issues with the non-canon batteries. And I said, as I tried to explain to her ahead of time why they would. Total amateurs. I would never rent to again and it makes want to remove my equipment for listing on this site.
