Initially there was a mix up with UPS, not Zachary's fault, that caused the Panasonic anamorphic lens to arrive 2 days after it was supposed to. Zachary communicated this problem to me immediately before the lens was supposed to arrive, gave me a free week's rental and allowed me to mail the lens back at a cheaper rate.
The communication and overall customer service with Zachary was excellent and I would definitely rent from him again.
