Nick showed up in a clown costume and acted very strangely. He insisted on taking a picture of us before giving the equipment. Idk just seemed off. Nick was also very hard to get ahold, 4 hours at a time unresponsive. I've yet to have a bad experience on Sharegrid, and I'm not sure I'd call this a "bad one". It was fine.
He did get upset after I contacted support when I couldn't get ahold of him. He then posted all our texts online. Kind of intrusive, but the conversation accurately showed the communication frustrations so no harm no fowl.
I've been renting from Nick Kane for a few months now and he has been nothing but amazing help not only with his great equipment but with great advice. Very knowledgeable and transparent. Defiantly recommend him for production.
