Renter needs to work on communication. Ignored my many attempts to contact her after she claimed she was returning the item the same day she picked up. She then handed off the rental to another, unauthorized person to give to me the next day. After not returning my messages from the previous day. Be weary. This renter made me very nervous. Would not rent to again.
