Super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Everything went great renting to Jose until drop off. When we asked him when he will be dropping off the gear he never responded to our texts. After about an hour of waiting we had to step out for a meeting and while we were out he texted us saying his wife was at the space with the gear. She had an emergency so she left the gear outside our door unattended. Luckily we were 5min away before she left so everything turned out to be okay. We understand emergencies happen but this all would of been solved if communication was better with Jose. We have nothing against him and hope next time when he is renting from us or anybody he can be more responsive with his texts or calls.
