Greg was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When receiving the gimbal, he gave me a breakdown of its assembly and operation, and occasionally checked in to make sure I didn't run into any issues. He was also incredibly accommodating to scheduling and general production craziness on my end. It felt like he really worked WITH me in all this.
