Hi y'all! I'm a working Director of Photography and 1st AC in Philly. I really love being a part of the local Philly filmmaking community and I'm excited to help you with your next project! Below are some rental notes.
If you are looking for multiple items or a specific package, please reach out to me and I can assist in helping build a custom rental package and custom pricing.
If you need any additional add ons like extra cables or special rigging equipment I have lots of small AKS, I rent it out as a case by case basis and typically only will add a small $3-5 fee per item. This includes if you need an extra sdi, hdmi, adapter, clamp, etc.
I request that pick-ups and drop-offs be made at my office location, unless you have specified needing delivery in which case I will assess how much of an additional fee would be added for delivery.
If someone else is picking up the gear on your behalf you have to add them as an authorized user.
Equipment is available for pick-up anytime between 10:00am-5:00pm, I will reach out prior to confirming a booking to figure out timing that best works for us.
Cleaning Fees: Equipment returned dirty will be charged a proportional cleaning fee, with a $100 Minimum. Please treat my equipment with the same level of care as you would your own!
Lenses: You are responsible for inspecting any lenses that you rent from us. Our lenses are meticulously cleaned and maintained. Inspect the lenses before you return them to us, after you have finished using them.
Missing Equipment: If you believe your rental package is missing an item listed in your rental, inform us immediately, on the day of your rental pick-up and we will work with you to arrange a solution. If you return your rental package to us with equipment missing, we will contact you to inform you so you can arrange an expedient return. If that item(s) is essential to the rental package and will prevent it from being rented, you may be charged an additional rental day on that item. Please return all missing equipment to us in a responsible manner by keeping us informed of the lost item's status and returning to us during one of our two daily operating windows. If you are unable to return it to us in a timely manner (24-72 hours), you will be charged for the replacement item's cost, plus any applicable shipping and sales tax.
Parking: My pick up location sometimes is hard to find parking if its a small order you can throw on your hazards and I can run the gear out to you, if you’d like to come in to inspect We will walk the equipment to your vehicle if you need to park down the street or around the corner, just let us know.
My gear is labeled with either stickers or purple electric tape so it’s easier to find amongst other gear.
