Unfortunate for their production, there was a delay. Which created a delay on the return and put me in a bind because I had a job lined up with the gear. However as per sharegrid's policy the additional rental cost was applied and the renter agreed.
I've been on production before so I can understand both scenarios.
The renter communicated properly and rapidly for the entire time of the rental. A delayed on the return occurred but as per sharegrid's policy the additional rental cost was applied and the renter agreed with it with no issues. Also, a battery was lost but replaced right after
