About our name:

It started out as a game like Rock, Paper, Scissors. (Two players stand back-to-back and take three paces away from each other. They quickly turn to face each other and act the part of a bear, ninja, or cowboy. Cowboy shoots bear. Bear eats ninja. Ninja kills cowboy.) Now those characters embody our company principles:

The Cowboy fights for important causes.

The Bear nurtures relationships.
