Everything went relatively smoothly. Pelican case came back pretty dinged up, but that is TSA Pre-Check for you, and that’s why I got it. So no foul play there. There was an instance of my camera behind dropped at some point during their rental period and some damage occurred to the V-Mount Plate. Accidents happen and that’s why there is insurance. As of this review we have been able to work out that particular problem and he’s replacing the damaged item and we will work out through insurance if any other damages appear after Repair Technician review, but it appears the camera itself is operational. He was communicative and open about what had happened regarding the fall instance.
