Michael and his staff are amazing. Michael is extremely professional and timely. You'll never get a better service from someone. Not only does he take the time to explain how to use the item you rent from him, but he also makes it very clear how he wants it handled for. He always asks for a follow-up and reports on how the event you are planning goes for. Dont even let me get started on his collection, he has things no one else has or the better alternative for the best price. P.S. He has some big dogs that are nothing but slobber and love. 10/10
