Worst nightmare. Item was returned late with a Lyft driver. The gimbal guard is broken into 2 pieces. Drone bag has dirt and leaves in it. Remote is super dirty, one of the battery has signs of dropping, scratch and dirt. part above the gimbal has a scratch mark indicating a hard rough surface landing that bumped the camera. Camera sensor need recalibration and when performing such calibration, it always gives me error. Looks like he damaged the camera that caused this. Contacted share grid, all I get from them is their insurance doesnt cover drones and I need a certificate from DJI saying the battery is damaged so share grid might possibly get me something. I wish I can upload the photos as proof.
