Although I do have some suggestions for improvement for ShareGrid. ShareGrid needs to be more like Airbnb and send the full contact information of both parties to each other, including full name, email and phone number. The level of communication needs to be improved.
Also there needs to be a way to modify, extend and change a reservation. Samy needed to extend the drop off by one day, however ShareGrid had no way of doing this without creating a whole new reservation. The problem with this is that the equipment would not be covered under the insurance for that extra day and the reporting of Loss or Damage is only for the first 24 hours after the official reservation ends.
