Details

(Photos are of my actual lens) There are a lot of 70-200mm lenses out there, mostly from the still photo world, but none are better than the Zeiss 70-200mm CZ.2. It cover any sensor up to full frame and RED's new 8K sensor, has gorgeous color and contrast and is very sharp but with amazing character. Breathing is minimal and far better than its still photo rivals. The bokeh is one of the softest and smoothest I have seen thanks to the 18 blade iris, which means you'll never have hexagonal or busy-looking out of focus highlights. This lens is the bokeh king. So if you want to really separate your subject from the background, and have that background melt away, then this is the right lens for your project. It behaves like a Master Prime but with the convenience of a zoom, and that's no exaggeration. Simply put, it just does everything right. Of the many zooms that cover this focal range, the Zeiss 70-200mm is my favorite. Available in PL or EF Mount Close Focus - 5' Weight - 6.2 pounds Front Diameter - 95mm Rental includes a 15mm lens support and a pelican case.
